Went there on a Monday night, 5/20, there was maybe 5 tables. No one was at the front to greet and waited for 3 minutes. Should have known that there was an issue when the other person waiting needed a manager. Sat down and took my time to see what I wanted off the menu. I originally wanted shrimp, not available. Then my husband and I ordered a steak after much back and forth. After 5 minutes the waiter comes back and tells us the steaks are frozen. Does your kitchen not communicate with the rest of the restaurant staff so that they can tell people what is available. Very disappointed and unhappy with your customer service. I had to convince my husband to go to this restaurant.

Very dirty place and in need of a serious renovation. May be the worst Fridays I have been to in years. Watch the one of the staff sit at the bar and play on her phone for 15 minutes. My ice tea smelled bad and tasted like day old tea. No one was monitoring the door as people walk in. Staff seemed nice, but very relaxed. Too relaxed for the service industry. Bartender seemed to be the only one displaying a service mindset.

We went for a family birthday dinner, and it was so wonderful. About 6oclock on a Sunday night. Our Waitress, Melissa, was absolutely a joy. She was hilarious. She kept all the drinks filled, plates full, made wonderful food suggestions, and I would 10/10 recommended her. The steak was so flavorful and she shrimp was great. And $5 margaritas! Can’t beat it!

I went there after I looked around at Sam Ash. The Waitress was not only fine but also attentive. I could literally taste their seasoning in every bite. The Tropical tea was the same. It just seemed the fruits were in every sip. This amazed me. I am definitely visiting again. Thumbs up.

Dropped in on a Friday around 3.00 pm, half the restaurant was unused as mentioned in other reviews. I’m assuming it is down to staffing which is a shame as we were told one hour wait for a table. We decided to wait and were probably seated within half an hour, but a couple of other customers walked back out. We had looked at the menu whilst at the bar and explained we were in a bit of a rush when being seated. The guy said he would send the waitress straight over which he did. We ordered and had our meals in about fifteen minutes, we thought was pretty quick. Both meals were fine and the side of onion rings. We were cleared away and in receipt of the bill promptly. Vivienne our waitress was lovely. Good location and reasonable especially if you have a voucher.
